The Problem
A 4 bedroom detached property in the town of Midhurst. The customer wanted to ventilate the property, extracting from all the “wet” rooms without the need for individual noisy extractor fans. The customer realised the benefits of a mechanical extract system which could continuously extract from all the wet areas in the property.

A 6 bedroom property in North West London. The customer wanted to ventilate the loft area and first floor but at the same retain as much heat as possible within the house. As well as the energy saving benefits, the client realised that the pre-filtered supply of fresh air would improve the living conditions in the house.

The Problem
Mr Skupski’s self-build is a 4 bedroom detached property in the town of Chester. He realised the importance for good ventilation in his new build property. For the outset he wanted a complete system which would recover the heat within the property whilst bringing in fresh air.
